As a professional artist, I understand how difficult it can be to fit in time for yourself when you dedicate so much of it to your art, working hours in the studio and on your business, answering messages, photographing, videoing, editing, posting, shipping orders….etc. Whew the life of an artist 😅 We love it, and sometimes we love it so much we neglect the self love and care our bodies deserve and crucially need to keep doing the things we love. That’s why working out, exercising, stretching, and moving is so important not only for your body but for your mind, spirit, and overall health as well. There are bounds of potential and strength in you and here at WorkArt is where you will to unlock those qualities to help you grow the most in yourself and through your art. Goals
When we prioritize our health through the fitness of our body, mind, and spirit we increasingly maximize our potential in all areas of our life including our art. Which is why it is my goal to provide you with workouts, stretching routines, and recipes that will help you live a healthier lifestyle through building/ increasing strength, mobility, flexibility, and agility that helps you to become a better version of you 🌟
Training Requirements
My follow along workouts and stretching routines can be done at home and/ or in your studio. I highly recommend having: -a yoga mat -various dumbbell weights ranging anywhere from 1-20lbs -yoga blocks -a theraband/ resistance band -plyo ball/ Bosu ball
Accomplishments
Professional dancer with 18+yrs of training and experience with teaching and choreographing -Gymnast with 12yrs of training and trained in coaching for 2yrs -Martial Arts with 2yrs of training in Karate along with classes taken in Capoeira and Jui Jitsu -Aerial Arts with 1.5+yrs of training in aerial silks and classes in static trapeze, Lyra hoop, & Cyr wheel
