Hi everyone! I’m Breya Wynne, a certified fitness professional with a passion for wellness, mindset, and movement. To me, living a healthy life goes far beyond physical appearance. It begins with your mindset being consistent, disciplined, and committed to yourself in how you show up every day. True health is power. It’s the energy that drives you forward and allows you to step into a stronger, more vibrant version of who you are meant to be. My journey started at a young age through my love for fitness and movement. I ran track in club and continued competing through high school and at the collegiate level at Washington State University. These athletic experiences laid the foundation for who I am today, instilling in me values such as devotion, discipline, resilience, and tenacity. After college, I transitioned into the corporate world, building a successful sales career while still prioritizing fitness in my daily life. During that time, I developed consistent workout routines, deepened my connection to mindfulness, and began discovering who I truly am while cultivating habits that supported my growth. After six years, I was let go from my corporate role, and that moment became my pivotal turning point. Driven by my passion for fitness and inspiration, I decided to fully pursue my true calling. This journey led me to align with my purpose and discover my inner fire, power, and energy. Now, I’m here to help you unlock your own greatness and embark on your own transformative journey. No matter where you are on your fitness journey you can find the perfect workout for you. Workouts in various styles that can be performed anywhere in the comfort of your environment. By utilizing the program you will be inspired to movement to move your body to your healthier you. I will be along with you every step of the way, giving you all the knowledge and expertise I've gained over the years to live your absolute best version of you.
How much does the app cost?
You can join my community FREE for the first 7 days. After the trail period, its just $14.99/month or $99.99/year. It's less than a $1 a day, to invest into your healthier you.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
All my workouts are minimal equipment. All you need is a few sets of dumbbells ( light and heavier loads) and resistance bands. Optional: fitness bench, exercise stability ball and exercise sliders
Who is the program for ?
My workouts are available for any fitness level. I have workouts designed from beginner to advanced levels with video demonstrations and exercise descriptions. You will always have support and guidance to perform each exercise safely and effectively.
