Dumbbell Thruster

Burpee Long Jump

- Stand upright, holding a dumbbell in each hand at arms length
- Lower the dumbbells to the ground, jumping both feet back so your body is in a standard push up position on the floor with your hands gripping the dumbbells
- Lower your chest to the ground between the dumbbells
- Push yourself back up, jump to your feet while still holding the dumbbells, then immediately swing the dumbbells above your head
- Finish the movement with your arms locked out overhead with knees, hips, shoulders, and arms fully extended
- Reverse the movement back to starting position with control

Dumbbell Power Clean to Press

- Get into a high plank position, making sure to distribute your weight evenly between your hands and your toes
- Your hands should be about shoulder-width apart, back flat, abs engaged, and head in alignment
- Engage your core, and lift your right leg, drawing your knee in toward your chest
- Return the right foot to the starting position as you simultaneously drive your left knee toward your chest
- Continue alternating sides
- To increase the intensity, pick up the pace until it feels like you are "running" in place in a plank position

Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

- Laying on your back, bring the soles of your feet together, your knees externally rotated and pointing outward
- Reach both arms overhead
- Draw your belly button down toward the floor and engage your midsection
- Begin to roll your shoulders off the ground, using your core to lift your upper body
- Curl your upper body all the way up, touching your feet or the floor next to your feet
- Reverse the movement back down to starting position with control, ensuring your arms are stretched above your head again

Dumbbell Squat Cleans

- Get down on all fours, placing your hands on the ground slightly wider than your shoulders
- Straighten your arms and your legs, forming a straight line between your head and your heels
- Engage your core and squeeze your glutes
- Keeping pressure through both hands, bend the elbows to lower the chest, hips and thighs to the floor 
- Release both hands by raising them off the floor 1-2 inches
- Place both hands back to the ground
- Press yourself back up to starting position
