- Begin with your feet in wide stance, and toes slightly turned out
- Keep one leg straight and bend the opposite leg at the knee, sitting your butt back and down
- Drive through your heel to stand back up
- Repeat to the opposite side

- Grip bar slightly wider than shoulder width
- From a straight arm hang, pull shoulder blades down toward your back pocket

- Stack your shoulders hips and heels over each other
- Don't allow yourself to lean forward, keep your chin and eyes up
- Sit your hips back and down until you reach parallel 
- Push through your heels to stand up
