Full Body Strength 5/19/25

Monday folks! Full Body Strength in the gym to kick off the week. Be sure to keep rest periods 90 seconds to 2 minutes between rounds, and :30 between sets. Some of you ask, but the reason why I do a full body strength to start off the week is because Monday is my only day in an actual gym so I just prefer to knock it all out, and follow it up with a core/ functional day on Tuesdays.
