- Attach hooks horizontally slightly above your head with each set slightly outside shoulder width apart. 
- Hold the handles with an overhand grip.
- With knees slightly bent, bend over at the hips so that your spine and bands make a continuous line.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent and facing the outside.
- Alternate pulling handles back past your hips
- Return to starting position with control

Finis Freestyle Pulls

- Attach hooks horizontally slightly above your head with each set slightly outside shoulder width apart. 
- Hold the handles with an overhand grip.
- With knees slightly bent, bend over at the hips so that your spine and bands make a continuous line.

- Pull both handles back simultaneously back past your hips
- Return to starting position with control
