He covers multiple industries and works on increasing impact and productivity.  Previously, Brendon was the Founder and Co-Owner of WellFit Personal Training. A 500+ sessions per week business operating in 4 locations. With his Personal Training career spanning 15-yrs, Brendon has perfected the art of helping people navigate their worlds in an optimised way.  Brendon truly believes that the body and health are the foundation of a high performance life. Mastering your habits around health takes application of knowledge, willpower and commitment. All of these factors will show up in your business, personal-life and relationships.  In 2015 Brendon received the IFBB Pro Card in Men’s Physique. With or without competing Brendon rarely misses a day in the gym. He believes it is  the ‘anchor’ of your life and should never end.

Goals

Working on your physical body is a great way to start to get control of your life, but it's not everything. Understanding that throughout our training process you will develop the character  to prepare for the stresses of life . My goal for you is to develop into a person that is consistently focused, disciplined and gets the job done. Becoming self driven, calculating and understanding of the honour in unseen routines. Your physique is the representation of this character. Lets get it!

Training Requirements

Workouts will require a commercial gym or very well equipped home-gym. We use free-weights, machines, cables and bands.
