Here is Steve Cook’s DB Only Upper body. The first 2 movements should be done to failure, the next two are timed, and the final two movements are conditioning! Keep the heart rate up!

Just starting using this app a little bit ago and love it I like your program too I deal with depression and anxiety and a medical marijuana I use to weigh 250 and I’m a little under 200 and now I’ve found a great app to build so thank you sir
