Lean Muscle with Bree Banks

This program will hit every muscle group. It is a 4 day a week program with 1 cardio intensive and 2 rest days. This program is beginner friendly but is more so geared towards intermediate level, meaning you have basic knowledge of form and equipment. Each week try to progress by adding 5-10 pounds to each exercise. Focus on your form and keep track of how you feel from week to week.
