I’ve been an athlete my entire life. Growing up, I played basketball, volleyball and ran track. I ran track at the collegiate level at Georgia Southern University. This is where I started to get into training.
My sophomore year I started training at the YMCA. I also worked at a family owned gym. At this point I knew my ultimate goal was to be an influential entity in the fitness world.
Towards the end of my time at Georgia Southern I was able to do internships with my mentors in Strength & Conditioning. I assisted with volleyball, basketball, soccer and rifle. From there I continued my internship experience at Mississippi State University. I assisted with track and field, basketball, volleyball, tennis, soccer, golf and softball.
After my internships, I began a graduate assistantship at The University of West Georgia assisting with sprints, jumps, hurdles and cross country.
Once collegiate education was done, I started doing more one on one training at different gyms and expanding my own business.
I love health and fitness. I can’t imagine identifying with anything else. To see the progress and confidence grow in people through this process is an amazing thing.
