Hi there I’m Bre and welcome to my channel. I have been a fitness athlete for 11 years now strictly focusing on body building. Having had a smaller, dancer body prior to weight lifting— I have transformed into my own body goals. With the techniques I demonstrate in my programs you too can be your own body goals. As a new mother I understand the need for a timely workout routine. That said all of my workouts can be completed in roughly 45 minutes. You will need access to a gym for most program, unless otherwise stated. I offer a number of pre/post natal programs that can fit your lifestyle.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
