    Online personal trainer

    I'm a 23 year old, NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 8+ years of fitness experience in many different environments and disciplines. I spent most of my childhood and highschool years playing football and baseball and fell in love with personal fitness when I was 16 years old. I've reached many personal milestones such as a 450lb bench press, 570lb squat and reaching a bodyweight of 230lbs during my own journey.
