My nine-week strength program is designed to systematically build muscle and enhance overall strength through progressive overload, varied exercises, and strategic recovery periods. By starting with foundational movements and gradually increasing intensity, the program allows your body to adapt to increasing demands, improving muscle endurance, size, and strength.

    Online personal trainer

    I was a 2x State qualifier in the throwing events (Discus and Shot Put) Bronze Medalist at The Texas Relays in Shot Put, Silver Medalist at Nike Nationals in Discus. I will be competing the next 4 years at The University of Texas, where I will Major in Kinesiology with a Minor in Business.     It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
