- Monday: Quad Dominant Leg Day/Abs
- Tuesday: 30-45 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc. )
- Wednesday: Upper Body/Abs
- Thursday: 30-45 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc. )
- Friday: Hamstring Dominant Leg Day/Abs
Intensity: 60-70%
