The program is designed in the following fashion below:
- Monday: Quad Dominant Leg Day/Abs
- Tuesday: 30 – 45 Minutes of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Wednesday: Upper Body/Cardio
- Thursday: 30 – 45 Minutes of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Friday: Hamstring Dominant Leg Day/Abs
- Saturday: Optional Cardio
- Sunday: Rest
