Hafa Adai! (Hello in Chamorro), My name is Brandon Espiritu. I hail from the small island of Guam, currently based in Oahu! I have a heavy sports background, ranging from Basketball to Jiu Jitsu growing up. Sports and fitness became more than just movement to me after losing my Grandfather and Mom’s sister to cancer. From then on, health and wellness became a huge focal point in my life.
