I’m a beginner and by the second set I’m already pushing to failure, ha! In all honesty I enjoyed the workout and look forward to the point I worked up on weight and reps.

I think it would be great to have an area where you can add in how much you are lifting or make notes! Maybe there is and I just haven’t found it yet!
