Warm-Up Hamstring Curls

- Slowly lower the bar with a slight bend in your knees, hinging at the hips and keeping your back straight
- Lower weight until you feel a slight stretch in your hamstrings
- Drive your hips forward and use your hamstrings to power back to standing
- Increase Weight Every Set

Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift

- Start with a wide toed out stance
- Push your hips back as you come down
- Keep your chest up 
- Reach parallel and come back up
- Can be done using a barbell, kettlebell, dumbbells ect.

Sumo Squats

- Place your feet in a low and narrow stance on the platform
- Keep your back on the pad 
- Push through your mid-lower foot to push the platform

Leg Press - Low / Narrow Stance

- Get into position and place the bottom of your foot on the handle or platform
- Push back and up with your foot and extending your leg upwards
- Lower your leg back down
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side
