Have a video of just the workout
After I go through the video a few times having a video of just the movements with your idea for rep scheme would be awesome.
It is kind of confusing because the videos sound like perhaps they go with a workout or a specific program. But none of the program is written so I am doing my best to make sense of the videos related to programming vs just learning about positions.

Video 3. Hard. Effective. No place to hang. Ended up doing a variation of utkatasana, with heels lifted high and working chest upward. Remember to straighten/tilt my pelvis.
Malasana - ouch. Not able to lift toes.
