What type of workouts are you sharing? In this feed, you will receive my weekly bodyweight routines and workouts, tradition yoga or vinyasa flow classes, yoga posture tutorials and mobility drills.
Do the workouts/classes require any equipment? All of my training is bear minimum with equipment as most of the drills are bodyweight focused. Yet to make the most of my workouts/ classes you will need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, a chair or fitness box and accessible wall.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? The main goal for my workouts/classes is to increase your bodies movement functionality, strength and mobility by offering you alternative practices that is more pose and movement based rather then aesthetic. As well as a more mindful and informative classes and tutorials to increase more body awareness.
