- Db snatch
- Ball toss
- Double unders
- Burpee + ball throw

- Start with a wide stance and a dumbbell between your legs
- Hold the dumbbell and pull up leading with your elbow
- The dumbbell should end above your head with your arm extended 
- Make sure you keep the dumbbell close your body as you pull

Db snatch

- Start in a staggered stance holding the ball on one side
- Hop alternating your feet back and forth
- Throw the ball against the rotating your torso

Ball toss

- Keep your elbows close to your ribs
- Hop rotating your wrists 
- The rope should go underneath twice

Double unders

- Put the ball on the floor
- Hop back landing in push-up position
- Bring your body down to the ball
- Hop forward bringing the ball up
- Rotate your body and throw the ball against the wall

Burpee + right ball toss
