There needs to be better work to rest ratio. Also it would be nice if you demonstrated and discussed the exercises in the beginning

Srdl
Goblet squat
Walking lunges 
Renegade row

- Reach down with the dumbbell toward the floor raising your leg
- The dumbbell should lower to below the knee
- Your chest should be facing the ground
- Drive your hips forward to return to the starting position

Single leg rdl

- Start with your feet shoulder-width apart
- Keep your back neutrally aligned and your eyes facing straight ahead throughout the squat
- Come down flexing at the hips and knees
- Push through your heels extending your legs to come up

Goblet squat

- Step forward 
- Bring your back knee down 
- Come down until both legs are at 90 degrees
- Push through your front leg engaging your quad to come up
- Keep your chest up and core engaged

Walking db lunges

- Start in a high-plank position with your hands on two dumbbells
- Come down flexing at the elbows
- Push through your hands extending your arms to come up
- Pull the dumbbell up keeping your elbow close to your body
- Engage your lat as you come up
- Repeat on the opposite side
