Just a bit confused on exercises. There are two exercises that are almost exact the same, back to back. Lunges. One with weights, one with bands. Is that right? Also, when you say 12 reps, do you mean 12 reps per leg/arm for 1 set? Or 6 reps per side for 12 reps total? Be great if you could clarify. Thanks
