Hold to toe reach
Single leg lunges
Single leg bridge to tricep extension
Leg raise + press
Plank tricep extension to reach

- Lean back and raise your legs off the floor
- Place your hands on your head
- Extend your legs
- Reach and touch your toes

Hold to toe reach

- Start in a wide stance with one leg in front of the other
- Bring your back knee down and back up again
- Keep your chest up and you back straight

Single leg lunges

- Start with your hips off the floor and one leg extended
- Make sure your glutes are engaged
- Hold the band with both hands
- Bend at the elbow bringing the band toward your head
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps

Single leg bridge to tricep extension

- Raise your legs and dumbbell at the same time
- Keep your abs engaged throughout the movement
- Keep you legs off the floor until you have finished every rep

Leg raise + press

- Start in a plank position holding one dumbbell
- Raise your elbow
- Extend your arm engaging your tricep
- Extend your hand in front of you
- Keep your core engaged throughout the movement

Plank tricep extension to reach
