Frequently asked questions

What equipment do I need?
Almost nothing. You have one exercise where a piece of PVC pipe or a broom stick can be used. A stable chair. The rest is bodyweight, all you need is space and the willingness to work hard.
How long should I rest between circuits or exercises
No rest or keep it to a minimum between exercises in the circuit. Once the circuit is complete rest 60 seconds.
How long is this program?
This is a six week program that alternates routine each week.
