What are the goals of this program?

What equipment do I need for this program?
You will need: dumbbells, cable machine and barbell with free weights. If you would like to do this program but you don't have access to a cable machine or barbell/free weights: you can use the New Beginnings "Home Version" in my app.
How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists of wholesome, natural ingredients *Eat a minimum of 120g of protein a day * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use full rest days to allow muscles to recover
