This program is structured as a 3-day a week strength program but 2 cardio days per week are suggested as well. Indoor walking program JUST WALK for all fitness levels is highly suggested to achieve your cardio goals from home. Modifications available.

Hey, mommy! Quick backstory, I have always been a mover. As a classically trained dancer from Alvin Ailey American Dance Center of NYC. My passion for movement allowed me to tour around the world with well known artist appearing in commercials and at-home workout videos. But in 2010 I became a certified trainer/nutrition coach after I was diagnosed with diastasis recti/pelvic floor dysfunction after baby #2 and wanted to help other mothers navigate their postpartum journey. Let's just say I found my calling. As a proud mother of two/wife, I aspire to EMPOWER mothers to find balance in their fitness journey in a sustainable way. I’m excited to share my training style with you and show that YOU CAN effectively train with little equipment and time. I'm so happy for your journey to begin!
