Yoga Teacher and Functional Mover

Hi, I’m Blair! I’m a full-time mom, fitness enthusiast, wellness blogger, and yoga teacher. My focus is on achieving health and wellness while balancing the struggles of everyday family life. With a Master’s in Psychology, I find ways to structure my life so that making the healthiest decisions is easy, even on those days when I’m so exhausted, I can barely see straight. While I specialize in yoga for mamas, if you’re a human being who lives a busy life, I’ve got your back too! I think that incorporating yoga into other forms of fitness is important in creating a strong and functional body. By including yoga into my personal strength training routines, I have built a strong and flexible core and body that can bounce back from any physical strain (even the strain of having a baby!). All you need is a yoga mat…. But don’t let not having a yoga mat stop you from starting (I’ve done my fair share of yoga on things other than ‘yoga mats’.
