Hi, I’m Blair! I’m a full-time mom, fitness enthusiast, wellness blogger, and yoga teacher. My focus is on achieving health and wellness while balancing the struggles of everyday family life. I think that incorporating yoga into other forms of fitness is important in creating a strong and functional body.
