My passion for fitness and health began early and grew during my time as a collegiate athlete, playing football for four years. This experience taught me discipline, hard work, and teamwork. After earning my B.S. in Physical Education & Health, I became a Health and P.E. Educator, sharing my knowledge and love for fitness.
