    It's been quite the journey to get to where I am now. As a high school baseball player who injured his shoulder pretty badly requiring physical therapy I thought I wanted to be a physical therapist. I quickly realized I preferred the preventative/performance side of fitness. Let's fast forward to where I am now...being in the industry for over 30 years I have seen and done it all. Heck, I even tried leaving the industry a few times but always came back because this is my passion. To say I have evolved over the 30 years would be an understatement.
