I love being part of someone’s fitness journey and getting to experience their accomplishments alongside them. Yes, even as an online client whether you just follow the app or work with me 1:1, we’re a team!! Growing up I was always active, yet never quite considered myself athletic. Tennis was the only sport I could properly play and win! During my high school days I would wake at 4:30am to hit the courts before heading to school with Pop-tarts in hand! Fast forward many years, after having 2 kids, I had a desire to “get back in shape!” I started lifting dumbbells while my kids took a bath, adopted various unsustainable diets, and soon discovered this wasn’t working as well as I thought it would!! Learning how to be flexible with my diet, while balancing fitness with other areas of my life, was when B-McHenryFIT was born!
