Block 1: Power and Plyometric

Set a timer for 12 minutes and repeat both exercise pairs back to back without rest

Alternate sides, perform 6 per leg per person

(Facing Away) Overhead Lunges / Iso-Hold

12 pullovers per person. Both hold dead big position. One person performs a pullover while the other does heel taps.

Block 2: AMRAP

One partner performs a wall sit for 20 seconds while the other performs chest presses for 20 seconds. Take a 10 second rest then switch and repeat for 8 total rounds
