What are the goals of the program? The goals of the program are to get stronger, and overall decrease body fat percentage. As the program continues, if you are able to use a heavier weight at any time, push yourself to do so. The stronger you get, the more lean muscle you are building and the more body fat you are burning.
How to get the best outcome of the program? You get the best outcome of the program by consistency and accountability. Not only in the gym, but outside the gym. If you follow the programs in order, and you push yourself to your full potential you will get stronger. If that workout is fueled and followed by a healthy meal, you will be even closer to the results you want.
How to schedule the program into a week? Schedule the program for a time that you can keep consistent. Work it into your day and make it a priority. You will find the time if you make the time.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for anyone! If you are a beginner, wonderful! If the exercises are too difficult, perform them using a modification. If you are more advanced and they are too easy, use a heavier weight, do faster, or request an advanced way of doing it!
What do I need to participate in this program? In most of the programs you will need access to a TRX, dumbbells and kettlebells. Other than that, just yourself!
