Is it really only 8 reps of the face melters at the end of this workout? I sure appreciated not having to do more but I couldn’t help think it was a typo. The nearly back-to-back jump squats bookending that was brutal, though. Maybe that’s what you were after? Anyways, I did an extra 20 jump squats to finish just to make sure I killed this workout. Thanks!
