The goal of this 21-day program is to help people lose unwanted belly fat, drop weight, lose body fat % and inches from waist so that he or she can feel sexy and confident on the beach this summer. Within 21-days of this program you can expect to see results of 7-10 pounds of weight loss and 2-5% loss in body fat%.
Who is the program for? Who is your target audience? The 21-Day Summer Shred is for anybody who is looking to shed belly fat and have that "tight and toned" feeling when they look in the mirror. You will not touch a weight as all of the workouts will be bodyweight and under 30-minutes in length. The program is for any fitness level as it can be adapted to meet all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
What equipment do I need? All you need is your body and a towel to mop up your sweat! No gym needed!
How do I structure my week? On what days should I rest? Should I incorporat You will be working out for 30-40 minutes Monday-Saturday and Sunday will be your rest day. The workouts will vary from Full Body Conditioning, Core, Lower Body, Upper Body and Tabata Training. Each and every workout will be aimed at making you burn a lot of calories and fat in a short amount of time.
How can I best track my progress? Always, always, always take a progress pic before you start! This will be a huge motivation tool for you for when the grind gets tough. Take a pic at the beginning of the program and then again at the end of the 21-Days.
