All about the core blueprint: Often times we find ourselves neglecting core, leaving it for the end of workout only to run out of time or say well do it tomorrow. I've designed this program to be easy, efficient and done anywhere so there's no more excuses to miss out on all the benefits a strong core provides you. Stability, injury prevention, and yes of course more defined abs are just some of the many benefits having a strong core provides you! As you prioritize each main muscle group throughout your split, the powerhouse of the body needs to be included in that.
