About the program

My At Home program is made of 5 workouts to challenge you from the comfort of your own home. All you need to complete these workouts is a set of dumbbells (I recommend 10-20lbs, but if you have a variety of weights you can use multiple) and a bench or stool. With 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and 1 HIIT workout each week, this could be the perfect place to start your fitness journey OR a perfect solution for days when you can't make it to the gym!

I began group and personal training at Penn State University, and have since started my own business training in person and virtually. I compete in NPC Bikini and love all things food and fitness!
