Description: Core Finisher

- Lying with your legs and arms extended 
- Alternately raise one leg, reaching the opposite hand and tapping your toes, lifting your upper body off the floor
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Alternating Single Leg V-Ups

- Start in a high plank position
- Raise and one leg off the ground and extend it behind you
- Tuck the knee in and across the front of your body, bringing your knee toward the opposite elbow
- Extend the leg back to starting position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Plank Cross Body Crunch

1. Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Cross your arms over your chest.

2. Engage your abs, lift your head and shoulders off the floor, and hold the position for 1–2 counts. Then, slowly lower yourself back down.

CRUNCHES

1. lying on the floor, lift your toes up towards the ceiling.

2. With straight arms, lift your head and shoulders off the ground reaching for your toes.

3. Squeeze your belly button down towards the spine and slowly lower back down to a flat position.
