I'm Baylee & This is My Story

I am a Gym Owner, Personal Trainer, and Mom. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Health Science. My story as a personal trainer began as soon as I retired as a collegiate athlete. I opened a gym during the pandemic because I knew we the people needed a sanctuary for both mental and physical health. Now, I am on a mission to be every woman's biggest cheerleader. As a busy mom I know just how to make fitness fit into your lifestyle. My training and nutrition programs have helped tens of thousands of people all over the world create a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
