About the Challenge

Join our 4 week Fall challenge starting October 7th and commit to ending the year stronger, healthier, and happier! This program is designed for the busy woman or mom who wants to see results but can only fit 3 strength training workouts in a week + an optional bonus workout. Workout will be 45 minutes or less. I'm Baylee & This is My Story

I am a Gym Owner, Personal Trainer, and Mom. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Health Science. My story as a personal trainer began as soon as I retired as a collegiate athlete. Ending my 10+ years as a competitive cheerleader was a huge transition for me both mentally and physically, so the gym became my escape. After the pandemic I realized we the people need a sanctuary, where we can go and work on our health & fitness, so I opened a gym. Now, I am on a mission to help women not only locally, but worldwide. My training and nutrition programs have helped tens of thousands of people all over the world create a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
