About Barbara Gomez

BARBARA GOMEZ IS… a Spanish sunshine of energy with a burning heart; an ex dancer, personal trainer, yoga teacher with a strong background in sports sciences and educational psychology. Barbara’s method, developed during her decade of teaching, combines strength training and conditioning with her life - long passions - running, yoga and meditation– placing just as much importance on rest and recovery as hours in the gym in the pursuit of mental, emotional and physical health and well-being. 

Barbara has trained hundreds of people through her entire progressional career. She encourages you to acquire new skills whilst training; to play, have fun, explore new ways of movement and stay connected to your heart and your soul rather than focusing on aesthetic goals and punishing routines. 

Barbara is based in London, where she dances in streets, through yoga poses, runs like a little deer in the park and lift weights to keep her strength up to date. She says that improving your overall health and fitness will transform many areas of someones life for the better. She can show you how to empower yourself and strengthen your body from the inside out.  If you’re looking to feel limitless and unbeatable, get stronger, find balance in the way, both inside and out, and to be totally in love with who you are, Barbara is your coach. You can train alongside her at any stage of your fitness journey.

Constancy is key for success. Push your sets as hard as you can and get ready to thrive and become the ultimate badass.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. 3 sessions a week. 1 or 2 rest days between sessions. You can combine this program with the Sexy Upper Pump (for upper body and core) or any other fitness classes or training you’re currently doing.
