    When I started in the fitness world, I originally started on the physical therapy track. But after hearing PTs tell client after client how to avoid pain and injuries from coming back, I decided it would be useful if people had someone to tell them these things ahead of time. So if you're someone who always finds their fitness plans interrupted by recurring pain, this is where you want to be. I walk you through the methods and strategies needed to keep your pain in check and avoid fitness injuries for good. As someone who used to struggle with frequent achilles tendinitis, I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you've tried everything and still have the same problem show up over and over again. But I solved the problem for me, and now that you're here, I will do the same for you.
