What are the goals of the program? For anyone who loves yoga, but wants to add a little movement into traditional poses. We’ll spiral hips, work the core, and stretch out the body in ways you haven’t incorporated into workouts before.
How to schedule the program into a week? Try to hit yoga once or twice a week to support flexibility in addition to all of your strength and barre sessions!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All levels! Each class can be modified or advanced to make it fit perfectly to your level.
How to get the best outcome of the program? I want you to feel the stretching benefits of yoga while also benefiting from the added movements, sensuality, and femininity of these classes.
