The outcome of taking in studio classes is to feel a party of my community. I want you to leave feeling apart of something bigger than just one workout. We aim to raise confidence, body positivity, and strength (mentally and physically).
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Each workout is intermediate, with beginner and advanced options in EVERY class.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You don’t need a thing, but here are some props that will help you deepen the exercises: Find these at Nomi Active Bôl Long Resistance Band Resistance bands (hip) Bôl Barely Bracelets (weighted bracelets) Block’d (dense, yet smaller yoga blocks)
How to schedule the program into a week?
Enjoy these classes whenever you have the time! These Live classes are bonus material for you to enjoy.
