This was so fun! But, can you include some cool down or slow exercises at the end of a fast intense class like that? It felt like the class ended kind of suddenly. Overall I loved it!

I feel totally comfortable with myself when I’m by myself, but when I’m near others even if it’s family, I tend to cover up more. This felt nice and like a good reset to be more comfortable/confident in front of others in the future (not completely nude lol)
