Pelvic Floor and Core Program 2.0 My most popular program is now in a follow along format! The first version showcased 4 workouts each day, with detailed descriptions on proper form. My NEW program will add these workouts into a flow that focuses on your midsection: abs, hips, and pelvic floor. We’ll work together on mindset shifts using my favorite tactics to start appreciating your body and feeling empowered as a woman. Expect 20-30 minute classes daily for 2 weeks. You’ll need a Pilates ball (bôl on Nomi active) and a mat. That’s it! GOAL: embracing your body, connecting to your body, learning to engage pelvic floor and core to help you take control of your past traumas/emotions. Moving forward in an empowered space for 2023. First class will launch Jan 2nd.
