I think the workout it self was great! I unfortunately really struggle doing some of the movements, so I feel I didn’t get the most out of this one but I still got up and moved my body so I’m happy! My brain just couldn’t correlate my heals being together and moving my knees on my side like that? 😂 and my hips on the floor with all that pressure on them hurt so bad! Even if I put a blanket under me! I guess practice makes perfect!

The sliding was just really impractical for me unfortunately still loved this work out and I did everything just without the sliding and worked up a sweat with this 💪💛

It was amazing I really struggling to do some movements because of my knees and ankles getting sore but I just took breaks when needed and/or sat in a more comfortable way x

I LOVE the sliding! Every time we pull our legs in I could feel my muscles working. I really enjoy all the ways you mix up workouts. It helps me to keep coming back and I never get bored!
