Bailey Beauty- So glad you posted this, perfect timing for me. I neglected workouts (still did a lot of walking) the last 3 weeks because I started a new job and moved (again! Last time for a long time I hope!) Yesterday I decided to get back into it with a long stretching class, and the proceeded to have a little kitchen mishap that left me with stitches in my foot! So I wasn’t going to workout today but then I tempered you just posted an upper body workout- which I did sitting down with my Barely Bracelets. Perfect 🤩
