Full length classes are aimed at fulfilling your movement and toning for the day, leaving class feeling accomplished but not exhausted. Barre is a lower body and core emphasis, that you will love!
How to schedule the program into a week?
2-3 classes a week is ideal, and you’re able to take them at any time during the day. Barre is safe to do daily, as it is low impact and low risk.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Each workout is intermediate, but offers beginner modifications or advancements depending on your level.
