Get good sleep (7-9 hours) Dedicated nutrition regimen that includes wholesome, natural ingredients Drink lots of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days (stretching) to allow muscles to recover

I needed that. I especially enjoyed a good stretch without wrist work, my wrists can be sensitive at times and this hit the spot!!

That was the most entertaining challenge yet, thank you I needed that deep laughter this morning. I really really dig these combo full body workouts!!!
