Weight training 3x times per week alternating with 2 days of stretching
How will I get the best results?
Get good sleep (7-9 hours) Dedicated nutrition regimen that includes wholesome, natural ingredients Drink lots of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days (stretching) to allow muscles to recover

This challenge pushed me to my limits and brought me back to myself. It’s been a rough year, I’ve lost sight of putting my mental & physical health first. I needed that. I especially enjoyed a good stretch without wrist work, my wrists can be sensitive at times and this hit the spot!!

After the most stressful day this was a great way to burn off my feelings! Sad this challenge is over but looking forward to doing this challenge over again! As always Bailey and Visar killed it! 🔥
