Thank you so much for doing a follow along hiit! I’ve been looking for this type of workouts on the app for a while and most are not follow along. So good for early mornings when I just want to go along with the instructor and not have to keep touching the screen to go to the next exercise.

Loving these stretches especially after yesterday's session! I was a bit sore today and this really helped ease the soreness and help my body stretch out!

Was so low energy and made a ton of excuses. Once that was over I decided to press play and just lighten the load. So glad I didn’t let my mind talk my body out of this one ♥️

My glutes by the second round were feeling the movements. I struggle with my balance when it comes to curtsy lunges, so I hope to see that progress throughout the rest of this program

I did this after a days work at my desk and also on day 3 of my cold. The movement actually helped my congestion, which sounds wild but I’m so grateful. I felt my spine loosen up immensely during this too. Thank you 🙏🏻

I always love stretching days, but I must have really needed this. The morning was crazy and I had such an emotional release while stretching out and I genuinely feel so much better. I love the encouragement and acceptance you always bring into your workouts. ❤️

I absolutely love these core workouts! I'm so bad at mountain climbers haha but I'm getting better! I was able to do a whole set unmodified! Also the challenges are the best! Haha.

I've said it before but I really love these stretching days between using the weights. It really helps to alleviate any soreness from the previous day!

Loved the playlist! And also this was the first time I’ve been able to kneel the whole time so loved realizing how much stronger my knees have gotten

I’m stacking these workouts and the stretches. This was everything I needed. Also I use my nomi active bloks, strap, and band to either modify or deepen my stretch… ♥️

Really loved this slow mellow but deep hop stretching day!

Always love the stretching days! I love the lunge flow and I fully intend to be able to do a split by the end of this challenge even if that wasn't my goal! 😊

I am really enjoying the flow stretches and workouts. Putting things together and just allowing my body to move at its own pace and feel each movement is so satisfying to me!

I almost always do the modifications but today I did everything except the push-ups off my knees. Feeling so strong - honestly almost cried when Bailey said that at the start of the third set!!

Well that was as much of a mental coordination workout as a full body workout! 🤪

Love that I can throw on a great workout when I know I have only 20 min to get it done. And actually sweat!

Before I even talk about the awesome workout...that challenge lol! You guys are hilarious I love it so much! Now for the workout, certainly got my heart pumping! I love side lunges so muxh more than regular ones? No clue why haha. So good!

I really enjoy these inbetween days with the stretches. It allows some of the soreness from the full body workouts to really ebb out before starting a new day of HIIT workouts. I find holding the poses for longer really helps to ground and calm me after a long stressful day.

The workouts this week have been amazing! I'm really enjoying putting them all together to get a flow. It usually takes me to the second time around to get it lol but it's worth it. I also really love incorporating the weights. Soon I'll be ready for something higher than the 10lb triangle! This whole challenge has been such an uplifting experience and it's really taught me a lot about what my body can handle and how to really connect mind and body. Last 3 days! Can't even believe it.

I'm going to miss these stretch days...not that I can't do them over again, but yeah. I really loved the melowness of this, the vibe, the music and the workouts. It really helped me cool down from the day and reconnect with my body. 🙂

Amazing program. I had so much fun doing these workouts! This was the first program I actually stayed consistent with every week in a long time. Thank you! Please do more like this.

Man...I can't believe that was the last workout and man was it intense, in the best way of course. My burpees have definitely improved,  but not quite where I want them yet so I'll just have to keep practicing! Thank you so much for this challenge...it really pushed me outside my comfort zone and I find I really enjoy working out with weights which is something I wouldn't have known without this challenge! You two are awesome and I'm looking forward to more workouts and content to come!
